Wow still looks the same Met her and most of the Cast when they filmed most of the Train scenes in Jamestown CA. She is just a bit older then me 10 months But a great cast Victor French was a great man. Micheal Landon was not so nice but we were young and wanted to meet the girls. Typical young boy’s and Melissa Anderson was as sweet as she could be.
Melissa wrote a book last year titled “The Way I See It’ (A Look Back At My Life On Little House) Took me awhile, but I finally found it & I am enjoying reading it right now. I loved the Laura Ingalls Wilder books as a child & have them all. Got a completre set for my granddaughters too. I also get a newsletter from the LIW “fan club” . Melissa was , for me, a very special and very talented actress. I really think she’s enjoying her role as Mom more than anything else she ever did!
I wonder if she ever got a copy of that Brady Bunch episode where Bobby kissed her and saw fireworks? Sounds like a great gift from the fans to give her.

Interesting how she’s not instantly recognizable as Mary. She’s still pretty though!
I was born in 1963, so this show was right in my “wheel-house”. Loved the show. It’s my favorite along with The Waltons.
